Henry Perez instructed at the Miami Dade Police Training Bureau, Miami Dade School of Justice, Police and Corrections Academy, The Miami Dade State Attorney’s Office, and the Pinecrest, Grand Rapids, and Kentwood police departments. He specialized in Community Policing and Cultural and Human Diversity Training.
He developed several training courses, including Cross-Cultural Stressors in Police Work, and has instructor certifications in Concealed Carry Weapons, Anaphylaxis Training, Ethics, and numerous other areas. He has written a “Law and Order Guide Trail” for the Calvinist Cadet Corps and a series on safety called “Snapshots on Safety” for the Racine County Eye. Perez is a minister emeritus and a church safety trainer and consultant.
